Kellie Martin (born Kellie Marien) is a famous American actress. She has starred in many films and TV series, including "Christy", a comedy about a teenage girl called Christy Huddleston. Additionally, she's well-known for her role as the lead on The Hailey Dean Mystery. Martin was the daughter of an employee of a department store and the kindergarten teacher. Her first acting experience was as a child at the age of seven. her aunt, who was an nanny for Michael Landon's household, assisted Martin find a role as an actor on the TV show Father Murphy. Following her graduation from Yale University in 1982, Martin began to take her acting profession more seriously. She landed significant roles on TV as well as big screens.
